Halpern Titanium, Inc. began as Cutsom ( get it? ) Knifemaking Supplies in 1997 selling supplies to custom knifemakers from the Halperns' kitchen in Monson, Massachusetts. Cutsom morphed into Custom finally settling on Halpern Titanium, Inc. In 2000 we took a giant leap into manufacturing knives, knife parts and complete knives.

Les Halpern worked with our manufacturers to develop the now commonly known "peel ply" to create medium and coarse textured G10. Next up, shipping pallets of our raw material to knife factories around the world.

10 years ago the Halperns made a business decision to focus only on private label manufacturing of knife components and complete knives.

To celebrate our 25th anniversary in business, we have decided to come full circle and offer knifemaking supplies through our new online store. Once again our specialties will be G10, carbon fiber, titanium and USA-made stainless steel 6 Lobe screws.
