Our two Flow waterjets have cut hundreds of thousands of parts in many industries beyond the knife industry. We are proudest of cutting gun ports in 150 lb. 3" thick bulletproof glass windows for the US military's Cougar HEV trucks used in Iraq. Our waterjets have cut survival tools, pry bars, 3” thick stainless steel medical fixtures used in surgery, mustache combs, bottle openers, model train tracks, guitar picks, earrings and hundreds of thousands of titanium pocket clips.
Our waterjet cutting set-up is relatively easy, so our minimums are a modest 20 of any one part. There are some exceptions for larger parts - gun ports for example.

Halpern has had almost two decades of experience cutting blades, titanium liners and frames, pocket clips and back spacers. Due to the quality of our waterjet cut parts, you can sometimes save precious time and eliminate steps in your knifemaking processes.

Sending a dxf file is best, but we can also make a file if you send us a template of your part.
